Things to remember

  • Work out your itinerary beforehand. If your itinerary is complex, Click Travel can do the research for you. Please call 0844 745 3074 or email and Click Travel will do the research and will publish a quote on your Dashboard.
  • A purchase order will be raised by your Purchasing Team; you don’t need to raise a requisition or complete a goods received note; the Purchasing Team will complete all paperwork on your behalf
  • Credit cards will not be processed by Click Travel
  • If you amend or cancel your travel booking, please let your Purchasing Team know as soon as possible quoting your itinerary number
  • If the costs of travel needs to be split by several account codes, please contact your Purchasing Team quoting your itinerary number
  • The online booking system should not be used to book Partner or Spouse travel. Arrangements should be made direct with Click Travel as a “companion booking” and make your own arrangements to pay
  • Know your airport code as you will need this when booking flights
  • Car hire in the UK should be booked through our preferred supplier Enterprise or Thrifty; please contact your Purchasing Team for assistance
  • Ensure your user profile is up-to-date with your personal travel information such as APIS information
  • The “Recent Travel” tab only shows travel for the last 7 days
  • The “Out of Policy” tab only shows travel for the last 10 days
